Great location,sea,beach and town centre close by.

Fabulous location,beach front as it says but definitely on the right location.Town centre just round the corner.Very helpful staff specially the people at the reception....very jolly and accommodating,sorted us out with a parking permit and where to park. For a 3 hotel very clean,no issues catching the lift even on a busy bank holiday weekend.Room were a decent size lucky to have one with a bathtub at one of the busiest vacation period. Hotel is big,some places to sit and chill around in the hotel.

Breakfast - difficult to find a table at first,can't just sit anywhere! not a huge choice but decent enough(we're not big eaters so was okay)served well considering busy bank holiday weekend.

Great location and nice staff! Hotel rooms could do with some TLC.

Fab location on the main ‘strip’ with the sea literally across the road. The staff were all very smiley and helpful. The shower - though it pretty - was really powerful.

The rooms were clearly in need of some modernisation which made for a slightly ‘fuzzy’ feel. We had two rooms and whilst one had a nice sea view (paid extra) the other had a terrible view of a small grey bin area. There was also a musty smell in our second room so we were happy it was only for one night.

Apart from the hairdryers and the man calling the bingo excellent stay.

Seaview room was excellent. The breakfast was excellent.

The hairdryers didn’t work, they even took me to another room and that one didn’t work either and the door lock we had to present the card three times before it unlocked. I think the man calling the bingo got on everybody’s nerves.
